All abstracts and final papers are to be submitted through the Microsoft Conference Management System.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Go to the link https://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/IEEEAPC2007 and follow the steps below to submit your documents:

1. If you are a new user, please use the link "New User?" and create an account.
2. Provide all relevant information while creating your account. Note that no email will be sent confirming account creation.
3. Login using your password and upload a paper along with its title and abstract.
4. Add any additional authors.
5. You can also view the uploaded paper. We will send you a confirmation email once the paper is received by one of the technical chairs (you will not receive the email immediately).
6. If you do not receive a confirmation mail within 7 days after submission, please the Program Chair.
