SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Go to the link https://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/IEEEAPC2007 and follow the steps below to submit your documents:
- If you are a new user, please use the link "New User?" and create an account.
- Provide all relevant information while creating your account. Note that no email will be sent confirming account creation.
- Login using your password and upload a paper along with its title and abstract.
- Add any additional authors.
- You can also view the uploaded paper. We will send you a confirmation email once the paper is received by one of the technical chairs (you will not receive the email immediately).
- If you do not receive a confirmation mail within 7 days after submission, please
